Refund Policy 

• • If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, Proudome will charge you a restocking fee of Rs.200/-.

• • Please write to us at support@proudome.in, and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

• • You can only request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices etc.

• • You must drop the product(s) at the nearest store/warehouse.

• • The product should not have been installed, or the product(s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Proudome in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

• • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

• • It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.

• • To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days
